$300 Non-refundable is due at the time of registration for each traveler. Once your deposit is received and applied to the amount owed, you will receive a statement showing your remaining balance. All money is due 90 days before event trip dates unless other arrangements are made.

- $500 fee if canceled on or prior to 6 months advance
- $750 fee if canceled on or prior to 5-months advance
- $1200 fee if canceled on or prior to 4-months advance
- Money is non-refundable for cancellations on or 90 days prior to the event date
